This conference will bring together 300 teachers and advanced students providing them with additional education to enhance their practice, their teaching skills and their business. There are multiple sponsorship levels available to you.

Sponsors:

During our conference, you have the opportunity to introduce your brand to our attendees. With an estimated reach of over 250,000 - 500,000 forward-thinking, health- conscious individuals, you’ll receive maximum exposure from all pre- and post-conference marketing, including site wide recognition across our network of sites.

Sponsorship Opportunities include:

• Title or Presenting Sponsor,
  We would be delighted to discuss with you the opportunity to incorporate your brand into the name of this event. If this is of interest to you, please let us know and we will arrange a meeting to discuss how we can help achieve your sponsorship objectives with this event. Recognition will include logo customization, web site recognition, and hosting.
• Workshop or Seminar Sponsor,
  You can sponsor a specific teacher, workshop or seminar. Your branding will be presented in the workshop(s) room in such a way as to enhance your brand message to all participants. Rates for this range from $200 - $1000.
• Meal or Break Sponsor,
  Present your products or services during one of the scheduled breaks. This opportunity costs $2 per registered attendee and the break you wish to sponsor is on a first come first serve opportunity.
• Welcome bag contributor,
  Faculty, volunteers, and registered participants will receive a welcome bag. You can supply a sample or gift to be included in the welcome bag - 1 per attendee. Coupons or advertising can be included for a $50 fee.
• Conference floor / booth sponsor,
  Booth - includes an 8 foot skirted table in a booth area of approximately 2m by 3m.
  *three days - $450 + door prize gift - Includes 1 transferable pass to all events. There is a limit of 10 booths available.
• We are open to your ideas.
